Return/Exchange Policy

We love to provide personalized fitting guidance by phone or email. But if your new garment isn't all you hoped it would be, we will gladly facilitate an exchange or issue store credit for a future purchase.

Make sure that:

  1. The garment is unworn, unwashed, in its original state, and has all the tags attached.
  2. You email or call (917.653.1892) us before returning your purchase
  3. You postmark is within 10 days from receipt.

We do not offer credit for return shipping costs, or take responsibility for lost merchandise. But once we have received the returned garment that meets exchange policies, we will happily ship a replacement to you on the house.

All shipments are carefully examined for defects , before getting a "stamp" of approval for shipping to you. Because we are a small, independent business, we do not offer credit card refunds.
